We are looking for an experienced Product Manager who is passionate about building digital products which customers love. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products that deliver the company’s vision and strategy.

You are currently working on a flexible work arrangement and you are interested to take on more work which can be fulfilling and eventually convert into a rewarding full-time role.

Absolutely critical is your past experience in managing & understanding the engineering time taken to develop many features and then breaking that into multiple daily sprint batches. We use agile methodology and there are no sprints which last more than 2 weeks with testing time included.


-We are looking for someone who can work across the entire product development cycle; customer research, UX discovery, hypothesis definition, wireframing, sprint planning, project management and product marketing.
-3+ years of experience in software product management
-Creating buy-in for our product vision both internally and with key external partners
-Translating product strategy into simplistic, detailed requirements and prototypes
-Co-ordinate information received between emails, WhatsApp voice messages & calls, competitor platforms, stakeholders of all levels and so much more
-Developer’s Time Management
-Ensure Crystal Clarity in sprint tasks
-Test completed sprints
-Drive a Project Management Platform’s usage
-Traffic Light Sprints in order of business value
-Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth
-Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
-Work closely with the engineering team to deliver quick time-to-market by optimizing resources
-Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding across the business to all stakeholders, internal & external
-Represent the company by talking to customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
-Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager
-Well versed with agile software development methodologies
-Some technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
-Excellent English is very important, written and verbal communication skills
-Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box and roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done

Basic Qualifications / Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree, BE + MBA from reputed institutions preferred

8-15 years of professional experience or 4-6 years of consulting experience

Solid baseline of strategic thinking and strategy techniques

Proven knowledge across few industries

Working knowledge of trends and technology concepts through practical experience

Passionate about technology’s impact on business and society with interest in new technology and digital disruption

Solid experience in Design Thinking, Customer Journey, Customer Experience, start-up company would be an asset

Keen interest in the latest innovations and business thought leadership (e.g. advanced analytics, social, mobile, data science, internet of things, new digital business models, digital organizations, building an innovation culture)

Strong quantitative acumen with the demonstrated ability to think analytically and conceptually

First class written and verbal communication skills; the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical and powerful manner

Market Research Interns


Internship Programme at AideExpert Advisory
Internship opportunities are open for MBA students from colleges in and around Pune. To qualify for any internship, students should demonstrate strong curiosity and a keen ability to learn new skills fast. They should be self motivated and be able to ask engaging business questions. Interns who participate and learn as part of consulting projects need to have the confidence and be comfortable to engage with AideExpert customers. Long term and short term internship opportunities are available. 

Short Term Internships
Short term opportunities for internships are available as part of market research teams. Students will learn to research on specific business problems and competitive analysis based using secondary research techniques. Short term internships are from 4 to 6 weeks in duration. Short term interns need to work for at least 20 hours per week. Short term internships and are not paid. 


Long Term Internships
Long Term opportunities for internships are available as part of consulting/advisory team and market research team. Students will learn lean startup and business process analysis skills as part of advisory projects. Long term internships are from 2 months to 6 months duration. Long term interns need to work for at least 20 hours per week. Long term interns may need to travel to customer locations. Flexibility in office timing is available during college examinations and other college activities. A fixed stipend per month will be paid for selected interns. 

All Intern positions are immediate requirement and are based in Pune. Shortlisted students will be interviewed before being selected for internships by AideExpert Advisory team.
